CCIE2U's Privacy Policy:

- CCIE2U values your privacy and is committed to protecting it
- Personal information obtained by CCIE2U is used only in a lawful manner
- We will not use your email address in the future without your express permission, except in the case of billing matters or anything that may affect your CCIE2U service
- We will not share your email address with any of our trusted partners without your express permission
- We never collect private or sensitive information about you without your clear and explicit consent.

CCIE2U's Copyright Policy

- CCIE2U members are not to copy, share or distribute CCIE2U workbooks with others
- CCIE2U members are prohibited from sharing their CCIE2u membership ID with anyone else
- CCIE2U workbooks are intended for use by the single individual who purchased the materials from CCIE2U.com
- If a CCIE2U member is found to be in violation of any of these rules via CCIE2U log files or other means, CCIE2U will block the offending membership ID and disable all member benefits, updates and workbooks.
- CCIE2U closely monitors DRM workbook logs and CCIE forums to identify fraudulent members and members who are in violation of CCIE2U's copyright policy.

CCIE2U's Membership Policy

- After completing a purchase of a CCIE2U product, all CCIE2U members will receive a membership ID (for RS, Security, SP or Voice)
- The CCIE2U member board provides notices and important information. Members must log in to the member board to read notices regarding updates and new versions, as well as to download the most current information and version of each of their purchased products.
- All CCIE2U members receive free updates to workbooks for 120 days. After the initial 120 days, it is possible for CCIE2U members to extend membership on a month by month basis.
- In order to continue to receive product updates and new information, members should take care to renew their CCIE2U membership before expiration.
